就是每天多努力 0.01 → 1.01 ^ 365 = 37.8 (你的實力成長 37倍)

反之每天多偷懶 0.01 → 0.99 ^ 365 = 0.03 (你的實力只剩 0.03)

1.01 vs 0.99 表面上看起來只相差 0.02
