大夫說

「你入面好火」 (我內心素來都有一團火 我做事好有passion架嘛 :p)
「你睡眠質素好差 訓左等於無訓」(我o個下心諗: 唉 訓得真係唔抵 早知係咁唔訓好啦)
「你係唔係食好少肉」(好強 第三句就講到)
「咁樣個人會烚下烚下 成日無精神 記憶力差」
  (大夫一定係cold reading叻 我只不過係講我搵左半個鐘路 就可以推斷到咁多野!)
「好彩你唔係點食飯」(好野 有藉口叫人唔好逼我食飯!)
「如果你要應付你呀媽就係咁意食兩口好啦」(我同大夫講我好硬頸 我媽媽已經睇化左)
「你唔好做運動 你都無力做咩運動呀」

rice+lard(white)+糖鹽水 (dissolve them in hot water)
tea+syrup(太古原蔗糖454g 2 bowls of water 2-3 min)
